- 1 oz Strawberry schnapps (Clear)
- 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur
- 3/4 oz Banana liqueur
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- 1 part Orange juice
- 1 part Cranberry juice
- Top With Cream

Directions
Fill a tall hurricane glass with ice. Layer ingredients by carefully and slowly adding each in order. Best garnished with a small wedge of unpeeled pineapple. This drink is most attractive when made with a clear brand of strawberry schnapps - it's similar to a rainbow (ergo Rainbow Brite). After absorbing the aesthetic effect, the drink is best enjoyed well-stirred.
